Leading after- school education program Kumon India - one of the largest after-school math and reading enrichment programs all over the world is all set to spread its unique methodology in India over the next 3 years.
It has now planned to grow and reach 160 Centers from current 85 Centers and make it's globally recognized and rewarded education methodology available to much more children across India and Sri Lanka.

The program has been receiving a lot of trust from parents and children in 48 countries and regions in the world since 1958," said Masahiro Shimizu, Managing Director of Kumon India Education Pvt. Ltd.

Currently, Kumon India is operational in 13 cities with 85 Centers and has reached approximately 12,000 subject enrolments in India and Sri Lanka," he added.
“Having seen wide acceptance of Kumon in India and Sri Lanka, we now have the new mid-term plan to further provide precious learning opportunities to as many students as possible. We aim to reach 26,000 subject enrollments by 2018,” added Shimizu further.
It is to be noted that Kumon Method of Learning is very unique in its methodology as “No Teacher, No Textbook, and No Blackboard”. While studying Kumon worksheets even with unknown or unexperienced problems beyond their school grade level, Kumon students will carefully study the problems one by one and make try and error process with much curiosity on the new challenge. ms of division or fraction corresponding to class 4 math or students in class 5 enjoying solving calculus (class 12 math) by themselves.
