VITEEE 2025 Scholarship Eligibility

Here is the eligibility criterion for VITEEE 2025 scholarships and awards for institutions.

Scholarships/ Awards	Eligibility
VITEEE Scholarship given under “GV School Development Programme” (GVSDP)	Awarded based on meritorious rank in the VIT Engineering Entrance Exam, with criteria for continuation annually.
Smt. Rajeswari Viswanathan Memorial Scholarship (Financial Assistance to deserving students)	For meritorious students from economically weak backgrounds, with application details available on VTOP from mid-January.
Merit Awards	Given to the top 10 students in each branch with above 75% attendance, no arrears, and adherence to the code of conduct.
Cent percent Attendance Awards*	For students with 100% attendance each semester.
Merit Awards for NRI / Foreign students	For those with no arrears, completed courses in the first attempt, CGPA above 8, and no disciplinary violations.
Best outgoing NRI / Foreign students	One student selected for outstanding CGPA and extracurricular achievements from all engineering branches.
Sports Scholarship	Awarded to students with notable performance in sports and games.
