Re-evaluation form is available on the official website of University of Madras for the students of

courses from 2011-2012 for

• MSc (CST)

(five year integrated) course and from 2013-2014 for

• MCA
• MBA (part-time)

and 2013-2014 for

• BA/BCom (CS)
• BA (LM)-BSc
• BCA
• BCom
• BBM
• BBA
• BSc- (ISM)
• BSc (VC)

Student just have to fill up the form along with online payment receipt or a demand draft in the name of “The Registrar, University of Madras” for Rs 1,000 per subject.

The forms are only accepted till 25th Feb’16.
