The government has formed two committees for the platform. As of now, they are working towards developing the software for the same and will go through various user acceptance test before going live. All the current data related to the students will be transferred to IUMS once it's live. State Govt. will also run security audits to make sure that data is safe and secure.
Once the details about the student go digital, they are also planning to make all academic and administrative activities of the university digital. The stakeholder will be provided with their respective login ID and password. Not just students, the university’s academic and administrative activities will also go digital. Activities of the board of studies, setting of syllabi and introduction of courses will go online. Each stakeholder will have its own log-in and password.
