Maharashtra Class 12 Result 2022 has been declared by the Maharashtra board on June 8, 2022. The board will release the Maharashtra Class 12 toppers' names soon as well. The toppers list consist of the name of the candidates who have obtained the highest marks in the exam. The Maharashtra Class 12th board exam was conducted from March 4 to 30, 2022. The candidates can check here the list of Maharashtra Class 12 Toppers 2022, their marks, percentage, and previous years' toppers list. Along with the list of toppers, the Maharashtra Board will also release pass percentage and district-wise pass percentage details.
This academic year 2021-22, as many as 14,39,731 students appeared for the examination while 14,49,664 had registered. Out of the total, 13,56,604 students have passed the examination, totalling the pass percentage at 94.22%. This year too girls have outshined boys in terms of pass percentage wherein 95.35of % girls have passed while boys stand at 93.29%.
Amongst the streams, the science stream has scored the highest passing ratio with as many as 98.30% of students having cleared the examination. In districts, Konkan bagged the top spot like last year at a passing percentage of 97.21%.
