To participate, candidates need to visit the official website- medicalug2025.mahacet.org , and fill out the counselling registration form. Before applying, candidates should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for the various courses, including MD, MS, and Diploma programs.
After payment, candidates need to upload colored scanned original documents in PDF format within the given timeframe, which is until November 7, 2025, 11:59 PM server time. The counselling schedule is as follows: the seat matrix for CAP Round 1, the general list of registered candidates, and the common provisional state merit list will be published on November 10, 2025. Candidates should carefully review the application form and uploaded documents to avoid any discrepancies.
Candidates are required to upload all necessary original scanned documents to support their claims, which is mandatory. This includes documents for reserved category claims, which must be specified in the application form before submission. Any changes to category claims won't be entertained after submission. PWD candidates who claimed the quota during NEET registration need to submit an online PWD certificate from one of the 16 designated boards.
NRI candidates should note that they are eligible only for the 15% Institute Quota based on merit and need to register on the Foreign Candidate Registration Portal before November 6, 2025, for eligibility verification. The registration process involves paying a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 3,000 and a security deposit, which varies. Candidates are considered only after successful payment and document upload.
