The authority will release the provisional merit list for the successfully registered candidates on the official website- medicalug2025.mahacet.org. Though the authority did not make any announcement regarding the official time of releasing the provisional merit list, however, it is expected to be released either in the afternoon or in the evening.
If two or more candidates obtained the same marks in the NEET UG exam, then the authority will apply the tie-breaking rule. Candidates who got higher marks in Biology will be ranked higher. If the tie persists, then the candidates with higher scores in Chemistry will get higher preference in the merit list. If the tie still persists, then the candidates with fewer incorrect answers will be ranked higher. Lastly, if there is a tie, then the older candidates will get higher preference and will be ranked higher.
To download the provisional merit list PDF, the candidates do not need to enter any login credentials. Candidates will find the details like the NEET All India Rank, NEET roll number, CET Cell online form number, name of the candidates, category, gender, and NRI mentioned on the provisional merit list. After downloading the Maharashtra NEET UG provisional merit list PDF, the candidates should search their names by entering CTRL+F. Next, the selected candidates will be able to participate in the online choice-filling process, which will be conducted between August 6 to 9, 2025 (up to 11.59 PM).
