Maharashtra NEET UG Choice Filling 2025: The Maharashtra NEET UG Round 1 choice filling begins on August 3, 2025. It is an essential step for aspirants to select and rank their preferred colleges for MBBS and BDS courses. The process is open until August 5, 2025, at 6 PM at medicalug2025.mahacet.org .  Candidates must strategically fill out their choices within this period. The choice filling is a crucial part of the Common Admission Process (CAP) for seat allocation. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research will allot seats based on NEET UG 2025 merit and preferences. Detailed instructions regarding Maharashtra NEET UG Round 1 Choice Filling 2025

Candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses must glance through the detailed instructions for filling web options regarding Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 Round 1.

  • Eligible merit-listed candidates can fill online preference/choice form for Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Online Stray Vacancy Round separately.
  • Candidates who appeared for online/physical document verification and are found eligible can fill online preferences. The selection will be based on NEET UG 2025 merit and preferences exercised by the candidate.
  • Candidates can fill online preference form multiple times before submitting. Once submitted, preferences cannot be changed. Preferences filled for each round will be used for selection in that round only.
  • There will be four or more rounds of selection, depending on vacant seats. The selection will be based on merit and preferences submitted by candidates.
  • College code is a four-digit number with an S (State quota) or N (Institutional quota) suffix.
  • Candidates should fill in a minimum of one preference and can fill in as many as desired.  It's not compulsory to fill in all preferences.
  • Candidates should verify the fee structure of State/Institutional Quota Seats before filling online preferences.
