In 2023, MH SET examination was conducted on March 26, and the result was out on June 27, 2023. In 2021, the examination was held on September 26, and the result was out on January 28, 2022. Therefore, based on the gap period followed for the last two years, the MH SET 2024 Result is expected to be out by July 8, 2024. Although unlikely, the result release might get delayed in case of unwanted circumstances. If such happens, the same will be notified at the official website.

Once the results are out, candidates will be able to check and download the same at setexam.unipune.ac.in. Based on the answers provided in the final answer key, and the marking scheme set by the authorities, the candidates will be provided marks, and accordingly, the qualifying status will be decided.
As per the marking scheme, two marks will be provided to the candidates for each right answer. There is no negative marking for wrong or unattempted answers. Candidates marks will be calculated out of 100 for Paper 1 and 200 for Paper 2, and the same will be reflected in the result. There is no provision for revaluation or rechecking after the result is declared. Those who clear the examination will be eligible for Assistant Professor roles.
