Post the release of the seat allotment, MHT CET Offline Institute Reporting 2023 will be carried out. Here's the complete list of documents required for the same.

Documents Required for MHT CET Offline Institute Reporting 2023: After the seat allotment results are declared, candidates must undergo the offline institute reporting process to confirm their admission. It will be conducted separately for each round as per the schedule released by the CET Cell. During reporting, the candidates have to self-verify the seat allotment made to them in CAP Round 1 through their MHT CET account. They must either choose Freeze or Betterment option post the allotment and for the candidates who choose freeze, it is mandatory to report offline at the institute. During this offline reporting, the candidates will require the documents listed here. These documents must be carried in Original and at least one set of Xerox copies.

Documents Required for MHT CET Offline Institute Reporting 2023

Candidates must ensure they have the following documents ready for the MHT CET 2023 offline institute reporting after MHT CET CAP Round 1 seat allotment:

  • MHT CET 2023 CAP Allotment Letter:The seat allotment letter generated online through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) must be printed and carried to the reporting centre.
  • Class X and XII Mark Sheets: Original and photocopies of Class X and XII mark sheets are essential for verification purposes.
  • Caste Certificate:Candidates belonging to reserved categories must provide their valid caste certificate issued by competent authorities.
  • Caste Validity: Candidates must submit their caste validity certificate to avail the reservation facilities.
  • Domicile Certificate:A domicile certificate is required to prove the candidate's residency in Maharashtra.
  • Fee Payment Receipt:The receipt of the seat acceptance fee paid online must be produced at the reporting centre.
  • Migration Certificate: Candidates from boards other than Maharashtra State Board must submit their migration certificate.
  • Passport-sized Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs as specified in the application form need to be carried.
  • School Leaving Certificate: Original and photocopy of the school leaving certificate should be provided.
  • Transfer Certificate: Candidates transferring from one institution to another must furnish their transfer certificate.
  • Valid Photo ID: Any government-issued photo identification proof like Aadhar card, passport, or driver's license.
  • Duly Filled Application Form: The application form filled during CAP counselling must be submitted.
  • Other Relevant Documents: Additional documents are required for special category seats, if applicable.
