Ministry of Environment Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria
As per the Ministry of Environment Recruitment 2023 notification, 1 vacancy for three departments is out, and it will be a contractual employment opportunity. Interested candidates need to check the eligibility parameters for the department they apply for carefully before sending applications offline.
Environment Accounts and Economics:
- The age of the applicant should not exceed 40 years.
- The nationality of the candidate should be Indian.
- To work as a consultant in the Environmental accounts and economics department, applicants should have completed a Master's in either geography, biostatics, environmental engineering or environmental science from a recognized institute.
- Specialization in geospatial data processing, economics and environmental accounting is essential.
- They need to hold at least 5 years of experience in the applied field.
Sustainable Development:
- Candidates should be within the age limit of 45 years
- They need to hold a B.Tech degree in climate science & technology, or environmental engineering
- 10 years of experience in research including climate models, economics or SDG finance is required.
Statistical Analyst:
- The maximum age limit is 40 years.
- They should be citizens of India.
- A Master’s degree in statistics, econometrics, and economics with a specialization in data analytics is mandatory.
- 5 years of experience in the applied department is required
- PhD holders will receive special preference.
Ministry of Environment Recruitment 2023: Application process
Candidates who qualify for the eligibility parameters as notified by the recruitment board can apply for the Ministry of Environment Recruitment 2023. Applications are accepted both online and offline. As per the employment advertisement, candidates are advised to submit the application forms within 21 days post-publication of the recruitment advertisement.
