A team comprising of 25 Engineering students from Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology unveiled an all-terrain vehicle which will be in an exhibition during the SAE BAJA 2020 Championship. The championship will be held from 23rd January to 26th January at NOTRIP Tracks, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. At the championship, all the technical features of the vehicle will be tested.
Among various other technical aspects like rough mud-terrain endurability rock crawl or suspension, manoeuvrability, steering, steep-track climbing, braking and acceleration, the vehicle will also undergo dynamic, static and endurance tests.
Weighing 180 kilograms, the All-Terrain Vehicle or ATV can clock a maximum speed of 60 Km/hour when the throttle is fully pressed. The vehicle performance is enhanced due to the use of Briggs & Stratton engine, special alloy steel material and fox suspension.

At the SAE BAJA 2020 Championship, the creators and the presentation team will disclose everything regarding the vehicle. Among those details will be the cost and sales of the vehicle, design details, go-green and the most important thing - safety features of the All-Terrain Vehicle. According to a release, the SAE event is of paramount importance for the team members to grab the attention of some of the top potential recruiters who would participate in the recruitment drive to be conducted by SAE.

It took approximately 5 lakh rupees to build the All-Terrain Vehicle and the fundings were received from the Sultan-ul-Uloom Education Society.
