Students of final year Bachelor of Business Administration of Nagpur University were distributed wrong question papers on the first day of their exam. The exam took place on 20 March 2018. This incident created a lot of confusion among first-year BBA students and the university officials.

The official exam schedule was from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm but due to the wrong question paper, the exam went up to 2.30 pm. The extra time duration consumed by the students affected the second shift. The second shift of the exam was to take place from 2.30pm to 5.30pm at various centers. As per the authorities, various students complained about the same as the first three questions of the paper were same. However, it took some time for authorities to realize that the questions were from old course.
Neeraj Khaty, Director of Board Examinations and Evaluation, stated that the even though the wrong question paper was delivered online, authorities made sure that the correct paper was sent in no time. As soon as the mistake was reported, the correct files were mailed to all exam centers, he added.

However, students of the Nagpur University claimed that there was a lot of delay in sending the right copies and the center officials tried to cover up by telling them that evaluation would be managed and they do not need to worry about their result.
