Step 1: Visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE 2022

Step 2: Register for the exam by entering Email ID and Mobile No.

Step 3: Complete the remaining application form. 

Step 4: Enter your academic scores and choose the choices for exam centres.

Step 5: Upload the required documents.

Step 6: Pay the NCHMCT JEE application fee and submit the application form.

Step 7: Print the acknowledgement form.

Important Instructions Regarding NCHMCT JEE 2022 Application Form Filling

Some of the important instructions regarding NCHMCT JEE form filling are provided below.

• Candidates can apply for NCHMCT JEE 2022 through the “Online” mode only. The Application Form of NCHCMT JEE in any other mode will not be accepted. 
• Candidates can only submit one application form. More than one application form submitted by a candidate will not be accepted.
• Candidates can submit the application fee via Payment Gateway(s) integrated to the Online Application through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI or Wallet. 
• Candidates must ensure that the email address & mobile number that they are using for registration are their own as important instructions will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address and/ or through SMS on registered mobile number only. 
• Candidates are advised to upload the documents as per the specifications set by the NTA.
