NEET MDS 2023: List of documents required to fill application form

The National Board of Examinations has released the NEET MDS 2023 application form on the official website, nbe.edu.in. Candidates yet to submit the NEET MDS application form, should visit the official website and apply for the exam on or before January 30, 2023 (by 11.55 pm). NEET MDS 2023 application form fill-up process comprises six steps, such as NEET MDS online registration, filling out the application form, uploading scanned images, filling choice of exam city, payment of application fees and lastly taking a printout of the confirmation page. If required, the candidates can rectify the uploaded images of signature, photograph, and left thumb impression from February 10 to 13, 2023. The candidates, who have possessed their BDS degree from a recognized institute or the University of India, are eligible to apply for the NEET MDS 2023 exam. The Board has scheduled the NEET MDS exam 2023 on March 1, 2023.

Candidates should upload scanned copies of the passport-sized photograph, signature, and left-thumb impression as per the below-highlighted specifications-

After uploading all the documents successfully, a confirmation message for the same will appear on the screen. Then the candidates should click on the “Accept” button and they will be redirected to the next page. 

Note, the candidates who fail to submit the completed applications, with the requisite documents, will not be eligible to appear for the NEET MDS 2023 exam. Candidates should not produce false or fabricated records, since these documents will be verified during the counselling process. If the candidates will be found to provide incorrect or wrong data, then their candidature will be cancelled immediately.
