
NEET PG 2025 Likely on August 3: The National Board of Examination has approached the Supreme Court of India requesting to conduct NEET PG 2025 on August 3, 2025. NEET PG 2025 was initially scheduled to be held on June 15, 2025, in two shifts, but the Supreme Court has criticised the NBE and instructed to conduct the exam in a single shift on May 30. Following the same instructions, NBE has stated that they have confirmed with their technology partner, TCS, that the only available date is August 3, as necessary measures are to be taken to prepare for a large scale examination. This year, 2.70 lakh aspirants have registered to appear for NEET PG 2025, so to include all candidates in a single shift time will be required, and May 30 to June 15 was not enough time to make the required arrangements, so, the NEET PG 2025 is likely to be held on August 3.

Here are the key points for the NEET PG 2025 exam to be postponed to August 3:- The Technology Partner, TCS of NBE states that with NEET PG 2025 to be held in a single shift requires a greater number of centres in a greater number of cities, and to make necessary arrangements time is required.
- To facilitate a large number of candidates, TCS is required to hire more staff and train them as per the guidelines, prepare hardware as per the require demand of candidates.
- NBE will also have to open up their online application link again to provide the candidates the opportunity to make changes to their choice of city as per their availability during the proposed exam date.
- As per the change of city submitted by the candidates, centres will have to prepared accordingly, and two weeks before the exam date, city intimation slips will be released for candidates to make necessary arrangements for the exam date. The admit cards are expected to be issued 4 days before the exam date.
