NIFT Admissions 2020: Final Result for M.Des, MFM & M.F.Tech Released

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has declared the final results of the NIFT Entrance Exam 2020 for its postgraduate design courses. The NIFT final results 2020 are now available on the official website. The toppers list of the current year will be released soon on this page.

The NIFT result for Master’s course admissions was out on 16th July 2020. To access the final results for NIFT M.Des, M.F.Tech and MFM admissions 2020, candidates need to visit the official website of National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, NIFT exam authorities has to make some changes in its admission criteria for MFM, M.F.Tech and M.Des programmes.

While the admission in NIFT M.Des course is being done on the basis of candidate's performance in Creative Ability Test (CAT), General Ability Test (GAT) and personal interview round, MFM and M.F.Tech admissions are being done through candidates' performance in GAT and interview round.

How to Check NIFT Final Result/Score Card 2020

Follow the steps given below to access the NIFT 2020 Final Result:

  • Visit the official website of NIFT 2020.

  • On the homepage, you will see the 'Result' link.

  • Click on the same and a new page will open asking for your details such as Roll Number, Application Number or Date of Birth.

  • Click on 'Submit' after entering the required details.

  • NIFT entrance exam 2020 result will appear on your screen.

  • Verify all the given details.

  • Download and take a printout of the same and preserve for future purpose.

Meanwhile, NIFT final results for B.Des admissions were declared on June 25, 2020. The NIFT result for B.F.Tech with common merit announced on March 13 is being considered final. 

Around 3,590 seats across B.Des and B.F.Tech courses are being allocated to the qualifying candidates on the basis of merit. This year, the institute had to scrap the NIFT Situation Test round for B.Des due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The admissions had to be finalised based on the written test results announced on March 13, 2020.

According to a recent notification released by the institute, the result for the B.F.Tech programme declared on March 13 is being considered the final result.

GNA University offers B.Tech courses in 13 different specialisations. The annual fee of the courses varies from INR 1.48 Lacs to INR 1.66 Lacs. The programmes are offered in a regular mode and candidates are selected for the course on merit basis.
