NIRF Overall Rankings 2022: NIRF or National Institutional Ranking Framework is a national-level ranking system based on various parameters. The NIRF ranking was introduced in 2015 to appreciate and promote the colleges/universities/institutes of India. The ranking system uses teaching-learning & resources, outreach & inclusivity, graduation outcome, research & professional practice, and perception to rank the institutes. 

NIRF Rankings 2022 (Live Updates)

The NIRF Overall Rankings 2022 has been released by the Union Minister of Education, Dharmendra Pradhan at a press meet on July 15, 2022, at 11:00 am. This year, in 2022, the number of institutes has risen to 7254 from last year’s (2021) 6272 institutes. The rankings are released for a total of 11 categories and various subject domains. The NIRF Overall Rankings 2022 is a major event for the universities to determine the worth and quality of education they impart. Hence, not just institutes, but students also follow the NIRF rankings for the admission process.
