Odisha +2 Second Merit List 2025: The Higher Secondary School, Government of Odisha, is scheduled to publish the Odisha +2 Second Merit List 2025 on July 21, 2025. The selection merit list will be prepared as per the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and choice filling during the CAF procedure. It will be made available at the official website, hss.samsodisha.gov.in, from 3 PM onwards. For this, the shortlisted candidates should enter their application number and password or their roll number and date of birth details in their student portal. This letter will include the details of the allotted college name, merit, reservation category, and other instructions. Along with this, the authority will also release a college-wise cutoff list, which will provide clarity on the closing ranks for each institution.
After downloading the Odisha +2 Second intimation letter, candidates must report to their allotted colleges between July 23 and July 28, 2025 (until 6 PM). During this reporting period, students should carry original documents for verification. These include the Class 10 mark sheet, pass certificate, conduct certificate, migration certificate, weightage certificate (if applicable), and any other required documentation.
If any discrepancies are found in the first merit list, candidates are advised to update and rectify the necessary details within the same reporting window, i.e., between July 23 and July 29, 2025 (till 9 PM).
This will be the last chance for the CAF process. However, the authority is scheduled to conduct spot counselling, which will commence on July 30, 2025. If the candidates are not satisfied with the allotted seat in round 2, or did not get any seats via Rounds 1 or 2, then they should go for the spot admission round.
