Candidates who appeared for the examination can check out the official answer key for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry subject at wbjeeb.nic.in and download the pdf for reference. The direct link to the same has also been provided here. Through the answer key, candidates can evaluate their performance on the test, determine the number of correct answers they have provided for each question, and evaluate the total marks they might get in the examination.
Do note that though official, the answer key is provisional in nature, and hence might contain a few incorrect responses. If a candidate identifies an error in the answer key, they can challenge the same with an objection fee and substantial documents. The documents will be cross-checked and if the objection is right, the correct answer will be displayed in the final WBJEE Answer Key 2024, which will be released in due course of time. The objections can be submitted until May 9, 2024, 11:59 PM.

How to Download WBJEE Official Answer Key 2024?
Here are the detailed steps to download WBJEE 2024 Official Answer Key:
Go to the URL address provided above.
Search for ‘WBJEE Answer Key 2024’ or similar on the home page under the ‘Current Events’ or ‘Latest News’ section and click on it. The login page will show up.
There, enter your WBJEE registration number and password.
Click on ‘Sign-In’. The official answer key 2024 will open in another window.
Check the correct responses for each question. If it tallies with your response, then allot yourself 1 mark for that specific question, if it doesn’t align with the answer provided in the question paper, then deduct 1/4th mark as per the question pattern. Once done checking all the question IDs, add all the marks to derive your result.
Once done, click the ‘Download button’ to save the official answer key for offline access whenever required.
