Central Minister of Labor and Employment Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya expressed his opinions about skills that youth possess. He addresses media in an inaugural session of a book ‘101 Entry Level Jobs’ written by T. Muralidharan, Chairman, TMC Group.

He said, “Only 7% of youth who are graduating various courses possess proper communication and technical. The central government has been consistently working for the development of skills. The central government has tied up with the countries like Germany, Japan, and South Korea to work together for the development of skills. Every year around 50 Lakh students are graduating and working for fewer salaries.

A B.Tech graduate is working for a salary of Rs. 6,000 to 8,000 due to lack of proper skills. A graduate must get atleast a minimum salary of Rs. 15,000/ month. The government is planning to give a lot of scope for ITI. There are 937 placement cells in India which will be re transformed into Career counselling centers. Finally the central government and state governments will be providing more and more employment opportunities in the coming years”.

The book ‘101 Entry Level Jobs’ is related to various career opportunities for the MBA graduates. It deals about various ways to get success in interviews and professionalism.
