The Government of Telangana has finalised the list of vacancies in Government schools in February 2025. But so far, the notification has not been released. The delay has been frustrating job aspirants and has drawn criticism from education bodies, emphasising that urgent intervention is needed. Telangana BEd Candidates Association President Bhukya Kumar Naik cautioned that if the recruitment process is not held immediately, vacancies in SGT and SA positions might go up to 25,000 , which will worsen the situation and schools might struggle to run classes with limited staff.
Reports indicate that the Telangana government was going to fill approximately 7,000 teacher vacancies for SGT, SA, and PET posts. However, the official recruitment notification is yet to be released, and the aspirants are eagerly waiting for the notification for the recruitment. There is a chance for the release of TG TET notification in November, after which TG DSC notification might be released. Looking at the current scenario, there is little chance for the release of TG DSC notification by January.
