As the MBA, exams are round the corner Punjabi University has declared the process for its upcoming session 2016. The University will be offering two years Master of Business Administration at its affiliated colleges, institutes, centers and University campus.
Here is the detailed information about Punjabi University MBA Admissions 2016 such as educational qualifications, age limit, selection process, application form and other related details.
Eligibility Criteria:
At least of 50% marks in the Bachelor degree or Masters Degree Examination (45% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories and Physically Handicapped with at least 40% disability).
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of entrance exam score and their performance in Group Discussion (GD) organized by the university.
The admission of the candidate will be based upon the merit list made on the basis of 85% weightage to Entrance exam and 15% weightage to Group Discussion scores.
Examination Pattern:
The Entrance test will be most likely held on June 2016.
The centre for examination will be Punjabi University Campus, Patiala
The paper will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions with four alternatives and candidate have to mark one right answer. The exam will be divided equally into following sections
Part 1: Mental and Numerical Ability
Part 2: General Knowledge
Part 3: General English
Part 4: Business Aptitude
Time duration of the paper will be 120 minutes i.e. two hours
Each question will be carry of one mark
There will be no negative marking in this exam
The applicant is to pick one right answer and mark it on OMR Sheet with only Dark Black Gel Pen

Duly filled application forms must be submitted to Head, School of Management Studies, Arts Block Number – 6, First Floor, Punjabi University, Patiala along with a bank draft of Rs 3500/- drawn in favor of Registrar, Punjabi University, Patiala or can be submitted at enquiry main gate, Punjabi University, as per prescribed schedule.
