For the first time, QS has released the rankings for management institutions. It has ranked the institutions under various heads including: -
- Masters in Management
- Masters in Finance
- Masters in Business Analytics
- Global MBA
IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore and IIM Calcutta managed to feature among top 50 institutes in Masters in Management category.

The ranking authority has used some unique indicators to rank the institutes. The major focus was on figuring out what is making students more employable in these institutes. The ranking authority has been able to come up with different rankings based on the 40,000 responses received. QS Ranking system was also able to track alumni of some of the premier management institutes to access the kind of position they are settled in.
