REAP Counselling 2025 Registration Last DateREAP Counselling 2025 Registration Last Date: The Centre for Electronic Governance will conclude the REAP counselling registration process on July 2, 2025. Candidates who are yet to participate in the REAP counselling registration process should visit the official website- reap2025.com on or before the last date. During the REAP counselling registration process, they should submit a valid email ID and an active mobile number. Since the registration and login process for the candidates is OTP-based, the same will be sent to the candidates on their registered mobile number and email ID. At this stage, the candidates will not be allowed to change their mobile number and email ID. Note that the REAP counselling application form number will be the default login ID, and hence, the candidates should not disclose the application form number to anyone.

During the REAP counselling registration process, the candidates should upload a scanned image and signature. The uploaded photograph and the signature should be clear, and the file size should be 100 KB and 50 KB, respectively.
Before completing the REAP counselling registration process, the candidates should pay Rs 500 plus 18% GST as registration fees. Note that once the REAP counselling registration fees are deposited, the same will not be refunded/ transferable/ adjustable. However, if the submission of the REAP counselling application form occurs due to a technical glitch even after completing the registration fee transaction, then the registration fees will be refunded.
What After REAP Counselling 2025 Registration?
After completing the REAP counselling registration, the authority will release the merit list for all the candidates in each category on July 4, 2025. At first, the authority will release the REAP provisional merit list, so that the candidates can raise an objection if they find any error or discrepancy. The last date of sending the objection against the provisional merit list is July 7, 2025. After that, the REAP final counselling merit list will be released on July 8, 2025.
