Candidates can check their RGUKT Basar Selection Merit List 2025 via the candidate login link provided below. Students would require their Application ID and Date of Birth to access their merit status. The selection lettter mentions details such as the candidate's application ID, name, father's name, gender, caste, selected region, and category under which the allotment was made. The selected candidates should report to the RGUKT Basar campus. Note that admission to the University will be granted after satisfactory verification and scrutiny of the details mentioned in the application form. After the certificate verification, candidates will be admitted as per the rules of RGUKT.

Selection List Highlights | As many as 19,967 students had applied for RGUKT Basar and Mahabubnagar campuses. A total of 1,690 students were selected, excluding the special seat candidates. The counselling will be held on the RGUKT campus on July 7, 8, and 9. Among the selected students, 88% are from government schools and when compared by gender, about 72% selected students are girls and only 28% are boys. The highest number of students selected is from Nizamabad district at 297 students, while the lowest is for Jayshankar district at 1 student only.

What After RGUKT Basar Selection Merit List 2025?
After the release of RGUKT Basar Selection Merit List 2025, Phase-I counselling will commence on July 7, 2025. Provisionally selected candidates must report in person to RGUKT Basar for certificate verification, bringing original documents as per the schedule. Special category candidates, including those with physical challenges, children of armed personnel, NCC, and sports candidates, will have designated dates for verification, which will be announced on the RGUKT website.
Do note that the Admission Committee for UG Admissions 2025 reserves the right to cancel a candidate's admission if any discrepancies are found during certificate verification or if the submitted data is inaccurate.
