RIE CEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria: RIE CEE is a national-level entrance exam conducted every year by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). RIE CEE 2022 application process has started and interested candidates can apply till 4th May 2022. Candidates can visit the official website- cee.ncert.gov.in to fill out the application form.
The entrance exam is held to provide admission into various undergraduate and postgraduate teaching courses. In this article, we'll discuss the eligibility criteria of RIE CEE 2022 for integrated BA B.Ed, B.Sc B.Ed, and B.Ed M.Ed courses.
RIE CEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria for Integrated B.Ed Courses
The RIE CEE 2022 eligibility criteria for three B.Ed integrated courses are as follows-
BA B.Ed:
- Candidates must have passed 10+2/ Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary or any other equivalent examination from any stream.
- General candidates must have scored 50% marks in aggregate and reserved candidates must have scored 45% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates appearing for their class 12 examination are also eligible to apply.
B.Sc B.Ed:
- Those who want admission into the Physical Science Group must have passed with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Statistics (PCM) as their core subjects in class 12.
- Students seeking admission into Biological Science Group must have passed with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Biotechnology (PCB) as their main subjects in class 12.
- Candidates must have passed 10+2/ Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board of education.
- 50% marks is a must for general category candidates whereas 45% marks are compulsory for the reserved category candidates.
- Candidates appearing for their class 12th board exam can also apply.
B.Ed M.Ed:
- Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in either science, social science, or humanities from a recognized university.
- They must score a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. A 5% relaxation will be given to SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
