Prof B B Ahuja, Director, CoEP presided over the function that provided a unique and distinct platform for students and industry professionals to indulge in a healthy interaction among themselves. It is a remarkable approach as it maintains a healthy industry and academia relationship. Various industrial experts delivered lectures for students.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), is an industry term which is primarily used for the broad range of activities. It also helps an organisation to manage its business. The programme began with a presentation on the PGDERP course. It is offered by the department in close association with the Student Academy Programme (SAP).

Leading industry professionals who took part in the programme were-

  • Pravin Bhamare, Delivery Head at SAP, Tata Consultancy Services

They delivered their lectures on different aspects of ERP and how it can be put to use and further implemented in real-world scenarios. Pravin Bhamare, while speaking to the students, extended his appreciation towards the students for being well informed with the industry and its working. Bhamare also provided some inputs to the course committee.

Milan Kumar urged the top industrial executives to adopt one student each for an internship. Such a move will not only benefit the students but also the firm in achieving its objectives and goals - both short term and long term.
