Selection and Counselling Process after PMUET-B.Tech

Periyar Maniammai University conducts entrance examination called PMUET ever year for the admission to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) course. The detailed process of selection and counselling procedure is given below.

Selection Process: -

• The names of the applicants of PMUET examination will be shortlisted as per the marks secured by the candidates in the entrance examination.
• The previous academic performance of the candidates will be taken into consideration while shortlisting the candidates.

Counselling Process: -

• The candidates whose names are shortlisted have to visit the official website and check the date of the counselling.
• The candidates have to log in to the official site to check dates with valid credentials.
• Usually, the counselling process starts in June.
• The candidates have to carry their original certificates and mark sheets while attending the counselling.
• If the candidates fail to do so, their admission will be cancelled.
