Sharad Institute of Technology, College of Engineering's seven students have been selected in 'US-Based Autodesk' International Internship Campany. These students are in third-year and are pursuing mechanical engineering. Students have got a paid internship in Pune under the 'Autodesk Fusion 360' for two months. The program of the 'Autodesk 360' in Mumbai has invited seven students.
"The first 'Autodesk in IIT Mumbai' Center 'has been established and that too in Kolhapur. The center received Rs. 7 crore and focuses on training, research and development. Autodesk's Smart City is a 3D Software. Costal Road, Harbor link are planning to use this Autodesk Software. The Maharashtra government has accepted to extend the use of this software for the benefit of the society.
In Sharad Institute's Autodesk Center, many Students are taking the three-month training in:

- Three-D Max
- Revit
- Autocad 2016
- Autocad MVP
- Innovator
- Recap 360
- Motion Builder Mudbox
- Soft Image
- Fabrication
The training is being provided by the software.
