As per the latest report of SRM University, the University has postponed the release of SRMJEEE 2017 Application Form date to 18th November.

As per the latest report of SRM University, the University has postponed the release of SRMJEEE 2017 Application Form date to 18th November.

While giving the information an official of the University said that now the application form will be available from 18th November 2016. Earlier the university had declared 15th November as the date of availability of application form.

As a result, the aspiring candidates will have to wait for another 3 days to fill the application form both in online as well as offline mode. Candidates applying for SRMJEEE 2017 online, are required to register first by entering their personal contact details.

After the registration, the candidates have to fill up the following details-

  • Valid email ID and password
  • Educational background, marks obtained in the 12th exam etc.
  • Communication address
  • Exam city preferences

While filling up the application form the applicants have to pay INR 1,000 as application fees. The application fee can be paid through unique voucher code/ demand draft/ e-payment etc.

SRMJEEE 2017 is a national level engineering entrance exam. It will be conducted in online mode leading to admissions to around 7,000 undergraduate engineering seats.

These seats are allocated to different campuses of the university located in the following areas like -

  • Kattankulathur
  • Ramapuram
  • Ramapuram Part-Vadapalani
  • NCR Ghaziabad

Students aspiring for admission to Kattankulathur campus have to score minimum 65% aggregate marks in 12th standard. The score is relaxed in its three other campuses like Ramapuram Part-Vadapalani, Ramapuram, and NCR Ghaziabad. For these campuses, students have to pass their 12th standard with minimum aggregate marks of 60% in Chemistry, Physics as compulsory subjects while Biology and Mathematics as the optional subject.
