SSC CGL Tier 1 2022 exam day instructions have been listed below to help candidates understand what to expect at the test centre. The exam will be conducted from December 1 to 13. Candidates must download the SSC CGL Tier 1 2022 hall ticket from the regional websites in advance.

Important Instructions for SSC CGL Tier 1 2022 Exam Day: The Staff Selection Commission will be conducting the SSC Combined Graduate Level Tier 1 exam from December 1 to 13, 2022. Candidates who are going to appear for the national-level exam must go through the SSC CGL Tier 1 2022 exam day instructions here to avoid unnecessary hassles at the exam hall. The SSC CGL Tier 1 2022 admit card is released on the regional website of the Commission for download.

Examinees can check out the SSC CGL Tier 1 2022 exam day instructions below:

  • All candidates must carry at least one of the following documents as Govt. ID proof –

  1. Aadhaar card

  2. PAN card

  3. Passport

  4. Voter ID

  5. Driving license

  6. Service ID card issued by the State Govt./Central Govt./PSUs

  7. ID card issued by school/college/university

  8. Ex-Servicemen Discharge Book issued by the Ministry of Defence

  • Candidates must carry the original document mentioning DOB as printed on the Admission Certificate

  • All examinees must have a printout of the SSC CGL Tier 1 2022 hall ticket. With a valid admit card, no candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination.

  • Candidates must note that the Lab no. and Roll no. will be provided individually at the entry gate after the verification of ID proof and admit card.

  • Examinees must not enter the hall with any pen and extra paper or rough sheets since these will be provided inside the exam hall. After the exam is over, candidates must drop the rough sheets in the dropbox stationed inside the hall.

  • Candidates are instructed to take the allotted seats keeping social distancing norms in mind.

  • All candidates should be wearing masks and carrying their personal sanitizer bottles inside the exam hall.

  • Candidates will have to undergo contactless verification by producing the hall ticket and photo ID proof at the Document Verification desk. 

  • Candidates must get their body temperature checked with the use of thermo guns at the entry gate. 

  • Candidates must have their photograph captured at the Registration desk at the time of entry. 

  • Examinees are instructed to reach the exam venue at least 60 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure smooth verification.

  • Examinees should not be carrying items that are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall, for example – stationery goods, sharp/metallic objects, communication devices, electronic gadgets, edible food packets etc.

  • Candidates should stick to the recommended dress code – avoid wearing tight, full-sleeved shirts/kurtas/tops and heels/sandals/shoes that are covered.

  • All candidates must be attentive and abide by the instructions given by the invigilator.

The Commission reserves all rights to adopt strict measures or even cancel the candidature of examinees who fail to abide by the aforementioned SSC CGL Tier 1 2022 exam day guidelines.
