SSC MTS Havaldar PET & PST Standards

SSC MTS Havaldar PET & PST Standards must be checked by aspirants before appearing for the physical exam. Candidates shortlisted after SSC MTS 2022 Paper 1 have to appear for the physical test which is further divided into Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test.  Candidates who fail to qualify for the physical examination will be disqualified. It must be noted that aspirants belonging to the PwD category will be provided some relaxation if required documents are submitted on the exam day.

SSC Havaldar Physical Standard Test (PST)

Candidates during the SSC Havaldar Selection Process must meet specific physical requirements separately released for male and female candidates. Find the SSC MTS Havaldar PST standards below.

Male Candidates

Following are the  Physical Standard Test (PST) requirements for male aspirants.

Height

Chest

157.5 cms. (relaxable by 5 Cms in the case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas, and members of Schedule Tribes) 

  • Unexpanded: 76 cms 
  • Minimum expansion: 5 cms

Female Candidates

Following are the  Physical Standard Test (PST) requirements for female aspirants.

Height

Chest

152 cms. relaxable by 2.5 Cms in the case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas, and members of Schedule Tribes)

48 KG (relaxable by 2 KG in the case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas, and members of Schedule Tribes)

SSC Havaldar Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be held for two activities i.e, Cycling and Walking. Find the PET requirements for Male and Female Candidates below.

Male Candidates

Following are the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) requirements for male aspirants.

Walking

1600 meters in 15 minutes. 

Cycling

8 Km in 30 minutes

Female Candidates

Following are the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) requirements for female aspirants.

Walking

1 Km in 20 minutes

Cycling

3 Km. in 25 minutes
