The DTE Maharashtra will accept the grievances against the diploma provisional merit list between July 3 to 5, 2025. After that, the authority will release the DTE Maharashtra Diploma final merit list 2025 on July 7 at the official website.

Steps to File Grievances on DTE Maharashtra Diploma Provisional Merit List 2025: The Directorate of Technical Education of Maharashtra will release the provisional merit list 2025 on July 2, 2025, for all the participants on the official website- poly25.dtemaharashtra.gov.in . Since initially the provisional merit list will be released, the candidates will be allowed to submit grievances (if required) between July 3 to 5, 2025 . As per the official notification, the grievances against the DTE Maharashtra Diploma provisional merit list can be submitted both via e-scrutiny mode and physical scrutiny mode. Based on that, the authority will release the DTE Maharashtra Diploma final merit list on July 7, 2025, on the official website.

For E-scrutiny Mode:

To raise a grievance via e-scrutiny mode, the candidates should log in to their accounts using the login credentials
The authority will then revert the application of those candidates to their login for further rectification
Next, the candidates should upload the required documents to support their claim and for correction
Lastly, the candidates will find out the status of the grievance (either accept or reject) available in the candidates’ login along with the latest receipt cum acknowledgement

For Physical Scrutiny Mode:

In the physical scrutiny process, the candidates should submit a grievance regarding the correction by reporting to the FC, where they have already confirmed their application form
Along with it, the candidates should submit the list of required documents for making corrections at FC
The FC will issue the latest receipt cum acknowledgement after that

Note that the candidates should raise the grievances before the last date; after that, no further requests on the same will be entertained by the authority.
