A. Ravali, final year MBA student of Krishna University got qualified for International Archery Championship which is going to take place in Mongolia between 1-June-2016 to 5-June-2016. She is a student of Montessori Mahila College, Vijayawada an affiliated college of Krishna university. She was trained by physical education department of the University. She has participated in various state level and national level competitions and have won many laurels. Due to the rigorous practice and efforts she has been selected for International Championship.
Recently A. Ravali participated in National Level Archery Championship which took place at Puinjab University. She secured 8th Rank in the championship. The University is sponsoring her expenses to participate in the international championship. She is also supported financially the Montessori College management. She come from a poor background. Her father is a daily wage worker. She is very active in sports from her childhood. She is supported by PET’s at school and college level.
A. Ravali said, “It is really great thing to represent India in International Competition. The University has supported and encouraged me. The Vice Chancellor of University, Acharya A. Rama Krishna has granted sponsorship from University side”. She also thanked the college management, PET’s who supported her and her parents.
