- IIM Bangalore's Centre for Corporate Governance & Citizenship with the Academy for Innovation and Management (AIM) Bangalore will come forward to organize a C-level summit focussing on suggesting ways to design and implement digital governance in a company.
Leading management institute of the country, IIM Bangalore's Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship has entered into a collaboration with Academy for Innovation and Management (AIM) Bangalore to come forward and organize a C-level summit that focusses on suggesting ways to design as well as implementing digital governance in a company. The summit will majorly target senior business administrators and professionals. The event is scheduled to be conducted on 15th May, 2017, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
In today's time, the major challenge faced by senior business administrators is tackling the pace of digital transformation at the seniority level in a company. To commence digital business transformation, it is the C-level administrators who should drive change from top to bottom in the hierarchy. Further, they shall have a transparent perception of the role that the Board of Directors can play, new roles that need to be charted out, the consignment and control structure to be enforced and handling a finance digital drive in the company.

The summit will focus on important and fundamental governance issues and communicate ideas and strategies to India's top business heads who will ultimately be ones catalyzing transformation.

Prof. Anil B Suraj from the Centre for Public Policy or CPP will look after the context of the conference while Prof. Ram Nidumolu, Founder & MD of AIM, will be the referee for the CEO cabinet. The goal of discussion would be 'how' to corporate digital governance.
