TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), has now joined the list of the Indian management institutes which have the Association of MBAs (AMBA) accreditation. TAPMI got the AMBA accreditation for its three Post Graduate programmes-PGDM-BKFS, PGDM-HR and PGDM.
The accreditation earned by TAPMI is for a duration of three years, and TAPMI is one among the few business schools having accreditation to the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). TAPMI now has double accreditation to AMBA and AACSB, and that has made TAPMI a part of the elite club of the five reputed business schools in India for various management courses.
The criteria to accredit programmes by AMBA involves choosing from only the top 2% of the business schools across 70 countries, and since the criteria are so strict, in India only 12 institutes have received this accreditation.
TAPMI’s Director, Prof Madhu Veeraraghavan said that the accreditation bears testimony to the hard work and efforts of the faculty to offer a vibrant student-centered environment and innovative curriculum.
