TAPMI has kicked off the new academic year with the induction of 37th batch of PGDM. Madhu Veeraraghavan, TAPMI's Director welcomed the batch and prompted the batch to keep the flag of TAPMI high with their outstanding academic excellence.
While addressing the students, he talked about the Institute's highlights and informed them about the various industrial and academic collaboration of the institution. According to him, the induction programme is helpful for the incoming students as the students get an opportunity to connect with the alumni and faculty. Through the induction programme, students can exchange thoughts, ideas and discuss the same with the alumni.

Aditya Mohan Jadhav talked about the profile of 2019-21 batch. The fresh batch consists of 482 students with an average score of 90 percentile in the Common Admission Test. This batch has students from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds with representation from 26 states. There is also an increase in the number of female candidates. The percentage of female candidates in the current batch is around 38 per cent.
Rima S Naware, Director (HR), Inventivo India and fellow TAPMI Alumna shared her experience at the institute. Her journey has been memorable and summarized them into seven Ps- Positivity, Patterns, Packaging, Partnership, Preparedness, Preservance, Poignancy.
