Even though the University of Delhi has taken enough measures for the smooth conduct of PG admission process, students are facing slight technical glitches with regards to the PG Admission Portal. For instance, on May 26, 2018 (Saturday), the PG admission portal of DU was down for three hours. The varsity had taken immediate steps to restore the website. However, many students are still complaining about problems faced while making application fee payment on the official website.
A section of students aspiring to join PG courses in DU sent written complaints to Grievance Cell of Delhi University. These students alleged that they did not receive a confirmation mail after the payment of application fee. The officials of the varsity responded that they have been working on such issues. The officials further advised the applicants to use upgraded software to avoid further technical glitches.
