What is the weightage for Engineering in TG EAPCET 2026?

The TG EAMCET 2025 Engineering entrance test has a total of 160 questions for 160 marks, with no negative marking. Mathematics has a weightage of 80 marks (50%), and Physics and Chemistry have a weightage of 40 marks each (25% weightage). The final rank will be prepared with 100% weightage to the entrance test, and the IPE marks will not be taken into account. It is to be noted that there is no change in the weightage pattern and syllabus from last year.

What are the instructions for photo uploading?

Candidates must satisfy the following points for uplading photograph successfully

• Upload a recent passport-size color photograph only.
• The photograph should be in JPG/JPEG format. (<50 kb)
• The photograph should be clear and not blurred.
• The face should be visible with a clear background.
• Do not upload self-taken photographs, edited photographs, or group photographs.
• Do not wear caps, sunglasses, or anything that covers your face.
• The size and dimensions of the photograph should be as specified in the application portal.
• The photograph should be uploaded exactly in the preview box.

For TG EAPCET application, the documents need to be uploaded in the required format, as stated in the official notification. Usually, the format is as follows:

• Photograph: JPG/JPEG format (< 50 kb)

What is the application fee and payment procedure for TG EAPCET 2026?

Applicants are required to pay the TG EAPCET 2026 application fee before submitting the online application form. The application fee is Rs. 900, whereas SC/ST and PH applicants have to pay only Rs. 500. If applicable, they also have to pay the late fee as per the schedule.

• The application fee can be paid either through TG Online Centers or through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
• After making the successful payment, applicants will get a confirmation SMS and Email on their registered mobile number and email ID.
• A Payment Reference Number will be generated, which is required to proceed with the submission of the online application form.

The TG EAPCET 2026 examination will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy courses.
