TG SET Application Form 2025 Releasing Today:
Osmania University had initially planned to release the TG SET Application Form 2025 on October 10. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the release has been postponed to today,
October 13
. Candidates aspiring to become Assistant Professors or Lecturers in universities and colleges across Telangana can now apply online at
telanganaset.org
before the specified deadline.
Applicants from reserved categories must have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in their Master’s degree such as M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, MBA, MLISc, M.Ed., M.P.Ed., MCJ, LLM, MCA, or M.E./M.Tech (CSE & IT only) or an equivalent qualification. Meanwhile, candidates from unreserved and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) categories are eligible to apply if they have obtained a minimum of 50% marks (without rounding off) in the required postgraduate programs.
TG SET Application Form 2025: Instructions to apply online
Candidates are follow the below-mentioned instructions while filling out the TG SET Application Form 2025:
- The TG SET 2025 application form must be submitted online only. Candidates do not need to send any certificates, documents, or a printout of the application form (confirmation page) to the TG SET office.
- Each candidate must submit only one application. Multiple applications from the same candidate will not be accepted.
- To apply, candidates need to register by selecting one subject from the list of 29 available subjects, along with their preferred exam centre. It is strongly advised that candidates choose the subject of their post-graduation.
- During the registration, candidates must enter their basic personal information and educational qualifications. They should also keep their mobile number active until the admission process is complete.
- The examination fee is as follows:
- General (UR) category: Rs 2000
- OBC /EWS: Rs 1500
- SC/ST/VH/HI/OH/Transgender : Rs 1000
- The fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. Offline payment methods such as money order, demand draft, or IPO will not be accepted.
- Note that the application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- After successful payment, a transaction receipt will be generated. Candidates should take a printout of this receipt for future reference.
