TG TET January 2026 Subject-wise Exam Schedule OUTTG TET January 2026 Subject Wise Exam Dates: The Department of School Education (DSE), Government of Telangana, has released the subject-wise TG TET exam schedule for TG teacher eligibility test (TET) January 2026. As per the notification, TG TET admit card/Hall ticket will be released on December 27, 2025 , and the exam will be held in the mode of computer-based test (CBT) from January 3 to 20, 2026 , in multiple centres in the state.
The examination will be organised on various days for Paper I (intended for candidates who want to become a teacher for classes I to V) & Paper II (applicable for the applicants to teach classes VI to VIII). The exam dates for Telangana TET Paper II for the different subject streams, Mathematics and Science, and Social Studies, are different.
The examination will be conducted in two shifts in a day i.e., in the morning (9 AM to 11.30 AM) and in the afternoon (2 PM to 4.30 PM) . The day, shift, and subject paper for the exam for each candidate will be clearly mentioned on the TG TET January 2026 hall ticket.

All the questions in the TG TET Question paper are objective type. The candidates will be given 2 hrs 30 minutes to answer the total 150 questions . No, marks will be deducted for wrong answers, so candidates can attempt all the questions with full confidence.
Candidates need to bring a hard copy of the admit card along with a valid photo id proof to the exam centre. It is safe to say that the importance of a TG TET is very high, and it is a must for those who want to become teachers in the government of Telangana and in the private and aided schools.
