TS POLYCET 2022 Vacant Seats: Department of Technical Education, Telangana has conducted TS POLYCET 2022 first-round counselling. The TS POLYCET 2022 counselling registration process, choice filling, and slot booking did commence on July 18, 2022. The provisional seat allotment process was completed on July 28, 2022. During the first round of the TS POLYCET 2022 counselling process, the candidates have shown their great enthusiasm and passion towards the courses, which have high demand in the field of software and they have opted for the courses related to the same stream.

The total available seats of CS, AI& ML, and Cloud Computing and Big Data branches have been filled completely. Architectural Assistantship, Bio-Medical, Cyber-Physical Systems & Security, Chemical Engineering, and Electronics & Video Engineering are other branches in which 100% of seats have been filled during the TS POLYCET 2022 first round of counselling. The state of Telangana is blessed with 118 polytechnic colleges out of which 54 belong to the state government and 63 belong to private management. The total number of seats offered through TS POLYCET 2022 is 28,083. As the first round of counselling is completed only 20,695 seats have been filled.
It is said that there are 26 government polytechnic colleges and 5 private polytechnic colleges in which 100% of seats have been allotted during the first round of the TS POLYCET 2022 counselling process. The Department of Technical Education has introduced a special category namely EWS under which 396 seats are offered.
Candidates who have been allotted seats must pay the requisite fee before July 31, 2022, and complete the self-reporting process. The next round of counselling process will commence on August 1, 2022. The seat allotment will be released on August 06, 2022. The regular classes for the academic year 2022-23 will commence on August 08, 2022.
