Job fair concluded at Shivaji University Kolhapur

The Shivaji University, Kolhapur (SUK) organised a two-day skill fair on its campus in an effort to improve and polish academic and administrative skills of the students. The fair gave an opportunity to the students to communicate and interact with experts from various fields during personalised sessions.

P N Bhosale, a placement officer in the SUK said, "the skill fair is one of the university's initiatives to hone students' skills and prepare them to be confident in their quest for jobs. The SUK's skill development centre, along with the state government and private skill grooming centres were part of this event. Several placement agencies also participated in the event."
"The interaction and discussion with experts, besides a few tests, gave the students a proper idea about what they were lacking about," he said.
