UGC NET 2022 application form last date for December 2021 and June 2022 merged cycle is May 20, 2022 (till 5 pm). To avoid the last minute hassle, the candidates should apply for the exam beforehand.

University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2022 application form last date for December 2021 and June 2022 merged cycle is May 20, 2022 (till 5 pm). The candidates can pay the registration fee till 11.50 pm on May 20, 2022. After that, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will open the UGC NET application form correction window from May 21 to May 23, 2022.

To apply for the exam, the candidates should visit the official website of NTA; nta.ac.in or ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The authorities have not yet released the UGC NET 2022 exam date. As per the official notification, the exam will be held in two shifts, shift 1 (9 am to 12 pm) and shift 2 (3 pm to 6 pm).

UGC NET 2022: Important Date

NTA will conduct the UGC NET exam for ‘Junior Research Fellowship’ and ‘Assistant Professor’ for 82 subjects. The exam will be commenced in online mode (computer based test). Check the important dates of UGC NET 2022 exam here in the following table.

The candidates will be redirected to the new page and fill the required information
A login ID will be generated
Login using the login credentials
Complete the application form fill up process
Pay the UGC NET application fees
Click the submit button
Take a print out of the application form for future reference

UGC NET 2022 Application Fees

To pay the UGC NET 2022 application fee, the candidates should pay SBI/HDFC/ICICI/ Syndicate/Paytm payment gateway (credit card/ debit card/ UPI/ Net banking).
