UPSC CSE Prelims 2022 Expected Cutoff

UPSC CSE Prelims 2022 Expected Cutoff for the categories has been tabulated below for the preliminary examination that was conducted on June 05, 2022. The cutoff for Civil Services Examination is the minimum qualifying marks/standards achieved by the last recommended candidate in his/her/their respective reservation category. It shall also be noted that the cutoff marks of CSE preliminary examination are calculated based on GS Paper 1 only as the candidates who fail GS Paper 2 are summarily disqualified.

While the expected cutoff can be drawn from the previous years’ trends, there are many other factors which affect the cutoff values of each year. These factors include the number of vacancies, the difficulty level of the examination, cutoff of previous years, and also the total number of candidates who appeared for the exam.
