- UoH Entrance Test and UPSC Prelims 2018 exams are scheduled to take place on June 03, 2018.

Several students who have applied for UPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 and UoH Entrance Exam 2018 are in a dilemma whether to appear for the UoH entrance test or UPSC prelims exam. Both of these exams will take place on June 03, 2018.
Getting admission in UoH is a dream of many aspirants while cracking civil services exam is also the aim of these aspirants. If they appear for civil services exam, they might lose a chance of pursuing higher studies at UoH. Similarly, if the students appear for UoH entrance test, they will have to wait until next year to take civil services examination.

UoH has been conducting entrance exam for various PG and integrated courses from June 01 to June 05 for many years. Therefore, the varsity has decided to hold the entrance exam on the same dates this year too. Since UPSC prelims date is clashing with UoH entrance exam dates, students are hoping that the varsity might take a decision to pre-pone or postpone the entrance exam that falls on June 03, 2018.
A senior UoH official confirmed that the varsity has been conducting entrance tests from June 01 to June 05 since 42 years. Therefore, it is not possible to postpone the exam date. The entrance exam for various courses on June 03, 2018, will take place as per schedule, clarified by him.

Meanwhile, UPSC confirmed that 50% candidates are yet to download their admit card for UPSC prelims exam 2018. The UPSC Prelims admit card is available for download on the official website of UPSC.
