
UPTAC B.Tech Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025 Release Date: Registered candidates who have completed their choice filling and locking shall note the official UPTAC B.Tech Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025 release date here. The round 1 seat allotment will be released on July 30 through the official website. Soon after the release of the seat allotment, the online reporting window will open. Allotted candidates are required to report online to confirm their seats. The seat allotment will be released as per the seat availability, choices filled by the candidates, and college cutoffs. Hence, candidates should note that the seat allotment will be final, and candidates will have the option to Freeze (Accept) or Float (Seat Upgradation in the upcoming round).

Candidates who have been allotted seats through Round 1 seat allotment shall complete the seat acceptance process online. To accept the seats allotted, candidates will have to pay the acceptance fee and then submit their willingness to freeze or float the allotment. Candidates should pay Rs 20,000 for General and OBC candidates and Rs 12,000 for SC and ST category candidates as Seat Acceptance Fee. Candidates failing to pay the seat acceptance fee will be considered to have quit the counselling process, and the seat will be treated as vacant and will be available for allotment in the subsequent round. After completion of Round 1 seat allotment and acceptance process, for the vacant seats, Round 2 choice filling will open on August 2.
