
WB SET 2025 Registration Underway: The West Bengal College Service Commission is currently conducting the WB SET 2025 registration process through its official website, wbcsc.org.in. Eligible candidates who are aspiring to the positions of Assistant Professors within the state can register now before time. As per notices, the online application window will close on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Interested candidates must register online, fill out the application form, upload the required documents, and pay the required registration fee through the portal. Additionally, the authority will give an opportunity to the Candidates to edit their application form between September 9 to September 11, 2025. This year, WB SET 2025 is scheduled to be conducted on December 14, 2025.

Candidates can follow these instructions to apply online for WB SET 2025 Registration:
- Candidates should visit the official website or click on the above-provided link to register.
- This registration involves major steps, like exam details, personal and qualification details, and finally uploading documents.
- Now, candidates shall register themselves by selecting a subject from the 33 subjects, along with the exam centre section.
- Now, they should enter their basic details and educational qualifications. Note that the candidates must keep their phone number until the completion of the admission process.
- While filling out the form, candidates will be required to upload their required documents with proper dimensions. For example, passport size photographs will be minimum 4 kb to 40 kb in JPEG format. The signature is the same from 4 kb to 30 kb.
- The examination fee for general category candidates will be Rs 1400 . The Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer)/EWS will have to pay Rs 700, while SC/ ST/Transgender need to pay Rs 350.
- Candidates may pay the fee through Credit, Debit Card, or Net Banking only. Any offline mode of payment will not be accepted. Once paid, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- After successful payment of registration, a transaction receipt will be generated. Take a printout for future reference.
- The authority provides an opportunity to edit the application form till September 11
