WBJEE 2022: Exam on April 30; Read guidelines and exam day instructions here

WBJEEB has released the admit card of WBJEE 2022; where the candidates can check the exam day instructions.

NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will conduct the WBJEE 2022 exam on April 30 2022 in offline mode (pen and paper based exam). The authorities have already released the WBJEE admit card 2022 on April 22, 2022.  The candidates should reach the allotted exam centre on the reporting time. Complete details such as exam venue and other necessary details are mentioned on the admit card. Candidates appearing in the exam should be aware of the exam day guidelines in advance.

Exam day guidelines for WBJEE 2022

Apart from the admit card, WBJEEB released the exam date guidelines for WBJEE exam. Before the candidates appear for the exam, they should go through the exam day guidelines and instructions here. 

  • The candidates should reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time
  • The candidates will not be allowed to sit for the exam from any of the exam centres, other than the allotted one to him/ her. The instruction is also mentioned in the hall ticket
  • The following documents are required to carry to the exam hall:
    • Print out of WBJEE 2022 admit card
    • Coloured photograph of the candidate, similar to the one uploaded during the registration process
    • Any ID proof (both original and photocopy)
  • The candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre after the scheduled time under any circumstances
  • The candidates should not carry any printed or written material, pen, calculator, wristwatch, log table or any gadgets like mobile phone and bluetooth device etc
  • Complete the signature on the top of the question booklet. Before that make sure you are given the same set of Question Booklet and OMR number. If not, ask the invigilator to change the same
  • The candidates should not leave the exam hall without the permission of the invigilator
  • Obey the COVID 19 safety protocols
  • If the candidates will be caught with any malpractice, then they will be handed over to police and their candidature will be canceller right away
  • Maintain silence in the exam hall, no disturbances will be entertained by the invigilator

Instructions to fill OMR sheet

The candidates should have a fair idea about the filling of the OMR sheet before they appear for the WBJEE exam.

  • Darken the appropriate answer (along with booklet number, roll number and question booklet series) for better understanding
  • The candidates should write their names in BLOCK letters
  • Do not put any stray marks on the OMR sheet unnecessarily
  • Check thoroughly the spelling of your name, roll number, photograph and signature in the attendance sheet; if any discrepancy will be found the candidates should contact the concerned invigilator
  • The candidates are not allowed to open the question booklet before the exam and the same will be announced by the invigilator
